The impact on “Israeli” businesses due to the Gaza war has been severe, according to a report published by the Hebrew newspaper Ma'ariv on Thursday. 

Ma'ariv disclosed that 46,000 “Israeli” companies have shut down their operations since the outset of the war on October 7. 

The newspaper further highlighted forecasts from Tel Aviv suggesting that this number could potentially escalate to 60,000 closures by the end of this year.
